My company information
From your customer portal, the tab "« Information » accessible from the menu "Entity" allows you to view the main administrative, accounting, and tax information of your company.
The information is grouped into six sections:
- Company identification : identifier and corporate name.
- Company contact details : address, postal code, city, country, and phone number.
- Electronic invoicing : e-invoicing email address and routing code.
- General company information : SIRET, SIREN, legal form, creation date, NAF code, headcount, turnover, and information regarding attachment and registered office.
- Accounting and tax information : start and duration of the financial year, accounting type, tax scheme, taxation regime, and activity type.
- VAT information : VAT scheme, intra-Community VAT number, and VAT type.
Can I modify my company's information directly?
Most of the information displayed in this tab comes from our ERP (internal management tool) and is read-only. Therefore, it cannot be modified directly from your customer portal.
If you notice an error or if information needs to be updated, please contact the team member in charge of your file, specifying the information to be modified and, if necessary, attaching the corresponding supporting documents.
Your request will be processed so that the necessary modifications can be made in our systems.
