# RYDGE Conseil compliance - electronic invoicing reform

### **What is compliance?**

The RYDGE Conseil firm assists you with compliance for:

-   your data from **supplier records** to ensure proper receipt of supplier invoices as part of the electronic invoicing reform starting September 1, 2026
-   your data from **customer records** and **items** to ensure proper issuance of customer invoices starting September 1, 2027.

This compliance process begins with an **identification** of your mandatory data that needs to be brought into compliance, as well as missing use cases and associated data. We will send you the **diagnostic report** to which you will need to provide us with the missing data.  
The firm then takes care of updating your **customer records** and **supplier records in Pennylane and ensures the proper issuance of your invoices** from the date defined by the reform.

### **Compliance steps and acceptance of new RYDGE Conseil conditions**

During the (*first*) connection to Pennylane from your client area's home page, an**amendment form** will be submitted to you.

-   **Electronic Invoicing Reform** : in reference to the paragraph above
-   **Pennylane** : the RYDGE Conseil firm has chosen to use the approved Pennylane platform to centralize your finances, automate your accounting management tasks, and save valuable time daily.

#### **Step 1** : your support towards the reform

The e-invoicing reform requires a mandatory upgrade for every company. This step includes **bringing your invoicing into compliance** as well as **the activation of the Pennylane platform**The subscription amount varies according to your structure's needs.

What **risks** if you don't anticipate this reform?

#### **Step 3** : acceptance of RYDGE Conseil's new terms and conditions

| Only the signatory of the file **is able to accept the new terms and conditions.** |

By validating, you allow the **continuity** of the mission entrusted to RYDGE Conseil, **ensure your compliance** and **access Pennylane**You also receive a confirmation email of acceptance of the new terms and conditions of the RYDGE Conseil firm.

#### Multi-entity clients

-   If you are a signatory client with **an account on the platform grouping your companies** (same email address) = **1 single acceptance for all its companies**
-   If you are a signatory client and have **multiple accounts** on the platform (different email address) = **as many acceptances as accounts**

#### Non-signatory users

#### If you are not a signatory, by clicking on "*Access Pennylane*" from the home page, you will see the following display:

Only the signatory's acceptance of compliance will allow you to access Pennylane again.

#### **Refusal** to accept the new terms and conditions of RYDGE Conseil

To comply with the electronic invoicing reform within the framework of services provided by the firm, **you must accept the new terms and conditions of RYDGE Conseil** Without your validation, access to Pennylane cannot be maintained **because our service integrates the obligations provided by the electronic invoicing reform.**
